    To be honest I took a chance using Royal Silver. When a company operates a web site with one name and has a different email domain it never looks or feels like a ligitimate site. And if you look at the email contact domain (euroxp.co.uk) there are no reviews for that. So it was a risk. However I was pleasantly surprised and the order was shipped the following day and I was notified by email of the tracking number but no link. Unfortunately the courier company was not provided so I couldn't find the order to track it. I did contact RS and they did then provide the link (they used Amazon Shipping) and I could then track it. It arrived on the day I requested and the product looks good (intact and good best before date). I would say to RS, get your domains aligned and provide a tracking link as soon as it is available. Thanks Royal Silver, good job.
