Care & Use:

  • Knives - hand wash & dry immediately
  • Block - wipe outside clean with a damp cloth
  • If cleaning is required inside the block, carefully remove top cover and wipe mechanism with a damp cloth, allow to dry completely before replacing cover
  • Always ensure knives are clean & dry before inserting into block
