    Tasty Beans

Repeat order (multiple times now) It's about half the price of pre-roasted beans and I like that I can control the extent to which they are roasted, as I am doing it myself. Home roasting is easy: Use your thickest pan to distribute heat evenly keep the lid your pan on when not stirring high heat stir very frequently reduce heat near the end increase frequency of stirring near the end. Remember that you can always cook them some more, so if in doubt stop early and re-bake if needs be. They are better after cooling for a couple of days in the fridge.
